Collection and storage of personal data, as well as the nature and purpose of their use.
We generally only collect and use the personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The collection and use of our users’ personal data generally only occurs with the user’s consent. An exception applies only in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law. For example, through the use of my contact form.

a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatically deleted:

Time and date of access,
IP address of the requesting computer,
name and URL of the retrieved file,
website from which access was made (referrer URL),
browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider.
We process this data for the following purposes:

Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
ensuring comfortable use of my website,
evaluating system security and stability, and
for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest arises from the aforementioned purposes for data collection listed above. Under no circumstances will we use the collected data to draw conclusions about you personally.

b) When using my contact form.
My website has a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. Providing a valid email address is required so that we can track the origin of the inquiry and respond to it. Additional information can be provided voluntarily. If a user uses the contact form, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to me and stored.

The following data is stored:

User’s email address / name / telephone / address/concern

At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored:

User’s email address / name / telephone / address/concern

Your consent to the processing of the data will be obtained during the sending process and reference will be made to this privacy policy.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the practice email address provided on our website. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the email will be stored.

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for communication purposes. Data processing for the purpose of contacting me is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and is based on your voluntarily given consent.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Disclosure of data
I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may be subject to security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:

You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR,
the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, as well as
this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Data subject rights
You have the right:

to request information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected from me, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
to request the personal data stored by me immediately in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR; to
request the erasure of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
According to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller;
According to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future and,
according to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or my practice for this purpose.
Right of objection
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which I will implement without specifying a particular situation.
